HIRE TIMES

BOOKING PROCEDURE
Upon making a booking, a $50 deposit is required. A Receipt will be forwarded to you with a confirmation letter. Full payment is to be made 24 hours prior to departure otherwise the booking may be open for re-letting. Should this occur, the deposit will be forfeited.

Bookings can be paid for by credit card (MasterCard, Bankcard and Visa), cash or cheque.

Christmas, Boxing Day, New Years Day and Easter - all bookings must be paid for in full 1 week in advance. Please contact us for any further information.

PRICES
ALL TIMES ARE IN DAYLIGHT SAVING TIMES.
Full day commences at 8am – 4pm.
2 Hours - $180
4 Hours - $250
8 Hours - $350

DRIVER ON REQUEST
A driver will be available at an extra charge if required for both the 2 & 4 hourly trips only.
This must be pre-arranged 7 days in advance.

BOND
A bond of $500 cash or credit card imprint will be required on the day of departure. A full refund will be forwarded within 7 days if there is no loss or damage.

CANCELLATION
A full refund will be forwarded if 7 days notice is given. If only 24 hours notice given, the deposit will be forfeited. If the owners of Neptunes Pleasure Pontoons deem the conditions unsatisfactory for boating a full refund will be forwarded.

HIRING AGE
The hirer must be over 21 years of age. Hirers must adhere strictly to Waterways rules including driver alcohol limit of .05 and the boat capacity for each vessel.

PETS / ANIMALS
Unfortunately Pets are not permitted onboard any Neptunes Pleasure Pontoons craft.

SERVICE AREA
The area that all Neptune Pleasure Pontoons are licensed to travel on the Tweed River from the Tweed Bypass Bridge to Stotts Island.

NO FISHING LICENSE REQUIRED
All Neptune Pleasure Pontoons have been registered with NSW Fisheries which allows you to freely fish from any Neptunes Pleasure Pontoons craft without requiring a fishing licence. NSW Recreation fish size and bag limits must be adhered to.

WHAT TO BRING
Neptunes Pleasure Pontoons craft include a lot of equipment but they do not provide everything.

Here are a few suggestions of what you can bring to make your experience a fun hassle free one.
